With the rising of the popularity and achievement of professional tennis player Aryna Sabalenka, you might have already noticed that an eye catching custom Nike logo appeared on current world No.1 female tennis play in the world – Aryna Sabalenka ‘s tennis bag and her tennis shoes since French Open 2025.

Nike has cleverly incorporated the tiger motif, reflecting Sabalenka’s own iconic tiger tattoo on her left forearm. She was asked the story of her tiger tattoo in a post match interview, she explained:

Wilson, one of the biggest sponsors of Sabalenka, definitely did not miss the promoting opportunity; they brought up the eye-catching Blade 98 v9 “Fighter Edition”, which was co-designed by Sabalenka to the 2025 US Open.

Apart from that, Wilson also launched an exclusive “tiger pattern” tennis bag for Aryna Sabalenka, designed to complement the extremely limited-edition racquets released for the 2025 US Open. However, this tennis bag was not made available for sale, meaning customers cannot purchase it through official Wilson stores.

Clearly, current WTA world No. 1 and four-time Grand Slam champion Aryna Sabalenka has attracted major brands such as Nike and Wilson to develop exclusive product lines for her, highlighting her status as one of the most marketable athletes in Women Sports today.


Similarly, another Nike athlete and current ATP world No. 2 Jannik Sinner has his own signature logo inspired by another animal—the fox. Nicknamed “Fox” during his school years, Sinner introduced the story behind his personal fox logo in 2023.

2021 US Open winner Daniil Medvedev has been a Lacoste athlete since 2019, Lacoste launched brand new personal logo for Medvedev since 2023 Australia Open. The logo consists with 4 symbols and is inspired by the codes of gaming.

Obviously, people will always easily remember the iconic personal logos form Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic, Andy Murray, Naomi Osaka, Serna Williams, Maria Sharapova. After the the golden era, seems like it will take some time to wait for the next Pioneer in both WTA and ATP, but apprenantly some top players have started to take the first step, collabrating with their sponsors to explore their personal brand. For the sponsored players, they might have to be special enough to persuade a brand invest fund to design and brand a player. As in return, it could Stimulate consumption on the specific player’s collection and bring positive responses, revenue to the brand as well as more attention, interests on tennis players; For the non sponsored athletes, the budget is the biggest test,Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova has also been working on her own designed tennis dress, however, without the brand halo effect, the clothes manufuction process behind the sence, the frenquency of the outfit update, it makes every step even harder and slower.
